I have a volunteer position at the church that I belong to

Hi everybody.

Not long ago, I got a volunteer position at St. Matthew's Church, which is the one I belong to. What I do is, I book house visits for the minister. We have quite a big parish list, so there's quite a lot of people to call. I've never done this in my entire life, so this is quite a new experience for me. I find that one to one contact is better because when it comes to writing letters, it's rather time consuming. Furthermore, it's expensive to buy postage stamps. Telephone contact is also good for shut-ins, so that thy're not so lonesome.

That's very good, I am looking for voluntery work to. I have never volunteered before but it would be a change in life.
